1. Terms of Submission

By submitting a message, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Upon review, your submission may be published in the Unsent Messages archive and made publicly accessible.
• We review submissions for compliance with our guidelines, but cannot guarantee every submission will be reviewed or published due to volume.
• Any content you submit can be viewed and searched by anyone on the internet indefinitely.
• There is no way to delete a submission once it's published. All submissions are permanent.
• All submissions must comply with our content guidelines.

2. Content Guidelines

Your submissions must NOT contain:

• Personal identifying information including full names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or any other identifying details.
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Threats, harassment, or bullying language intended to harm, intimidate, or coerce any individual.
• Explicit sexual content or inappropriate material not suitable for general audiences.
• Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activities.
• Self-identification within the message that would reveal your identity as the submitter.

3. License and Rights

• By submitting content, you grant Unsent Messages a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your submission.
• You retain ownership of your original content but agree to our right to publish and share it as part of the project.
• You warrant that you have the right to submit the content and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you submit and any consequences that may result from its publication.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service, or have parental consent if you are a minor.
• You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and not to attempt to circumvent any security measures.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, if applicable.

5. Privacy and Data

• We collect minimal personal information necessary to operate the service and prevent abuse.
